ID Badge & Parking Permit
School will be in session August 14, 2024.
When school is in session, you will need an ID badge and parking permit to access the courts during school hours of 8am-4pm. To obtain an ID badge you will need to follow these steps:
- Become a NVTA member or renew your membership.
- Complete a livescan for the NVUSD.
- Print the Livescan document- the Live Scan form is at the bottom of this page.
- Fill out the document and make sure you put “Napa Valley Tennis Association” for the “Job title…or Permit” section in the first box.
- Take your document to an approved Livescan facility such as Photo Pro on Trancas and complete the livescan.
- When you complete your livescan you will need to take a copy of this form to the Human Resources office at Napa Unified School District (2425 Jefferson St.).
- Please email Liz Gomez of NVUSD at liz_gomez@nvusd.org to let her know you submitted your livescan.
- Once Liz Gomez receives your background clearance, she will notify you via email to come in, take you picture with her at her office and then within 10-15min f your photo being taken, she will issue your ID badge so please give yourself enough time to wait for her to create and hand your badge and parking permit.
If you only use the courts after 4pm during the week, or other times that school is not in session i.e., winter/spring breaks, holidays, weekends, then you do not need an ID badge.
